No time for breakfast in the Morning?

Eating  breakfast in the morning can be such a hassle, with school, work, kids and so much more finding time to eat in the morning almost seems impossible believe us we know. Although it can be tough, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So instead of skipping, try this very easy to make smoothie that is bursting with flavors and packed with nutrients the body needs.

1 cup of spinach
1 cup of silk almond milk
1/2 of green apple
1/4 cup of blue berries
2 table spoons of plain Greek  yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
small slices of ginger (optional)

Blend away and you have yourself a nice semi-sweet smoothie that can be used for breakfast and detox as well. This smoothie is bursting with flavors, packed with nutrient and loaded with protein. So next time you think about skipping breakfast give this recipe a try and I guarantee, you will be making this more often and best of all it is great for weight loss.
